BLE Bakehouse currently provides delivery services across the United Arab Emirates.
1. Delivery Areas
Delivery is available within the United Arab Emirates only.
2. Delivery Time
Orders containing “Available Now” products are typically delivered within 24 hours.
Products marked as “Preorder 48h” require approximately 48 hours for preparation before dispatch and delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on operational conditions, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Mixed Orders
Orders containing both “Available Now” and “Preorder 48h” products may be delivered separately according to each product’s preparation schedule.
Separate delivery charges may apply for each delivery.
4. Delivery Fees
Standard delivery fee across the UAE: AED 35
The following areas are subject to a delivery fee of AED 50:
- Madinat Zayed
- Al Wagan
- Al Qua’a
- Al Mirfa
- Ghayathi
- Al Ruwais
Delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
5. Pickup Orders
Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from the store.
Pickup orders are free of delivery charges.
For pickup orders, customers may choose either:
- Online payment
- Cash payment upon collection
6. Delivery Payment Policy
All delivery orders require online payment before dispatch.
Cash on delivery is not available for delivery orders.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate delivery details
- Ensuring availability at the delivery location
- Answering delivery communication when required
BLE Bakehouse is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information or customer unavailability.
8. Delivery Delays
While BLE Bakehouse aims to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
BLE Bakehouse shall not be held liable for delays caused by external factors including traffic conditions, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
